Are you a high-achieving woman who can't find a quality, commitment-oriented man? I've got your back.

I was recently interviewed on a podcast called Soul-Shaking Love™ by my colleague Relationship Coach Valerie Greene. The episode is titled: "How High-Achieving Women Can Find Equal Partners Who Want to Commit!"So many smart, successful women find it hard to attract a man who is a match for her that it's become a meme among dating coaches. It's true that in general, women do more personal-growth work than men but there are enough ambitious, brilliant, successful, handsome, emotionally-available men out there if you have an effective dating strategy. In this interview, I share the distilled winning formula that is part of my signature course, Love U. We cover: -What are the unique challenges for smart, strong, successful women searching for love? -What’s the downside of dating a man who is brilliant, wealthy, and handsome? -How can I avoid wasting time on the wrong men? -What’s the difference between compromising and settling? -How can you tell if a man is right for you in the long-term?Tune in here: https://lnkd.in/giJJ3ihk. #DatingAdvice #LoveU #GuestAppearance

So many great impressionable insights from Friday’s #IntentionalConversations #Vodcast that featured Melissa Watson Ward, MPH, MSW, LMSW (she/her).Here are a few takeaways: ✔️ Women issues are community issues…when women do well the family does well and when the family does well, the community does well. We need more women leaders in politics. ✔️ If you want to see progress in your community, you must have elected officials that represent the diversity of the community.✔️ America is “browning” - Black and Brown individuals are growing in numbers and our elected officials must reflect that. ✔️ “Those closest to the problem, should be closest to the solution.” ~Congresswomen Presley✔️ The people who represent our communities should have a seat at the table to be part of the solution. ✔️ You can’t build without the people you are trying to build it for. Without the community at the table, you are going to fail. You can catch the full replay via link in comments. You can also register for FREE for upcoming weekly #intentionalconversations Vodcast via the link in comments or catch us here LIVE on #LinkedIn every Friday 11 am EST.

We need more women on corporate boards. That’s out of the question. But we also need more YOUNG women on corporate boards.Generational diversity is just as important as other types of diversity.By 2030, Gen Z and Millennials will make up the majority of the workforce.Forward thinking organizations need to create and hold space to listen to people who will be their future coworkers, business partners, and customers. We have a voice and deserve to be heard. It’s OUR future, so we need a seat at the table. I’m really looking forward to joining this panel of stellar women and sharing how I managed to get on advisory boards in my 20s.#boardmembers #genderdiversity #genderequality #genz

Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other women cheering her on! 🌟 Disturbing things start to happen when women become incredibly successful. Especially if there is media attention on that success. (What comes to mind is 2 very successful women who had sold out show after show this past year)Have you noticed?▶️ She becomes the focus of intense criticism. ▶️ "They" start pitting women against one another. There's a made-up feud or unfair (and unrelenting) comparisons. Whether it's misogyny, the patriarchy, or clickbait, society has a problem when women become "too successful". They need to take them down a notch. Incredibly successful men do not have to deal with such nonsense. The solution starts with 𝐌𝐄. And with 𝐘𝐎𝐔. Let's make a 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆 not to be critical of other women. Whether it's not engaging online when these types of conversations are happening or simply not expressing critical views of the women we know, we need to stop insulting one another. Criticizing others is like drinking the poison ourselves. Instead, let's amplify each other's voices and create a sisterhood that inspires. 𝐖𝐇𝐎'𝐒 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐄?? 𝐓𝐚𝐠 𝐚 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. #SisterhoodStrong #WomenEmpowerment #lifecoach #careercoach #midlifejourney
