Kung Pao Paneer
Kung pao recipes has been requested in my blog for quite a long time, specially kung pao chicken. Few days back i decided to make a chinese dinner, so when i was looking for few noodles recipes.
I came across this chilli garlic noodles and i had a packet of paneer. So i thought of using that and make a kung pao paneer. And it turned out yummy. Hubby, my big critic loved it.
About Kung Pao Paneer
Kung Pao paneer, also known as Gong Bao or Kung Po, is a spicy Chinese stir-fried dish made with paneer cubes, peanuts, veggies (traditionally solely Welsh onion), and chilli peppers. Sichuan peppercorns are used in this classic Sichuan dish, which originated in the Sichuan Province of southwest China. Despite the fact that the
meal is popular throughout China, regional versions are often less hot than the Sichuan version. If you like paneer, you'll adore this combination.
The tastes of Kung Pao Paneer are a mix of Indian and Chinese spices. Unlike Chili Chicken, it does not contain a lot of soy sauce; instead, the flavour comes from the Indian spices that are added. The addition of crushed peanuts adds another touch to the recipe. If possible, use salted peanuts because they will give this dish a unique flavour. For all the vegetarians out there, Kung Pao Paneer is a terrific street-food-style meal. Please give this recipe a try and let us know what you think.

Ingredients for Kung Pao Paneer Recipe
Roasted Peanuts : The flavour of peanuts varies depending on how they are processed. If you've ever eaten roasted or fried peanuts, you've probably noticed that they have a sweet flavour. The aromatic compound methyl pyrazine, which is connected with medium-roast peanuts and has a fragrant quality.
Red Bell Pepper : For the Kung Pao Paneer Recipe, roasted bell peppers are a great way to cook sweet peppers. Roasting the pepper caramelises the sugars in it, giving it a sweet flavour that goes well with a variety of cuisines.
Soy Sauce : Soy well-balanced, creamy, rich flavour goes beyond its saltiness and combines so beautifully with so many spices that you won't miss the salt shaker. There are also low-sodium variants. It has a dark brown tint to it.
Cornflour : Soups, stews, sauces, and other recipes typically employ it as a thickening. In Italian cuisine, corn flour is used as a breading. Corn starch, milk, and sugar can be used to produce a simple pudding. It is critical to produce a corn flour and cold water paste before using it to cook heated meals.
Hope you will give this a try a let me know how it turns out for you.
It's a recipe that's suitable for both a busy day dinner and a get-together. This dish is delicious when served with plain or Schezwan rice, but it can also be served as an appetiser without rice.
